From hip-hop to country and other styles, Alesis SR18 hits the first "take". The SR-18 has an effects engine with Alesis reverb, EQ and compression to let you record performance-ready sounds.

Alesis' exclusive Dynamic Articulation™ technology modifies sounds to change as you play them, resulting in sounds that accurately respond not only to dynamic changes, but also to appropriate timbre and color changes.

You can connect an instrument such as a guitar and play along to simplify setup. You can play bass parts using the pads on the SR-18, or connect a MIDI keyboard.

The SR-18 can be transformer or battery powered for better portability.
